We really want to get to know you, from your regular coffee to your perfect night cap. We believe in making it personal with a few surprises along the way.

We trust you to know how to dress depending on the occasion. Dial it up for an evening in The Maison Brasserie, or keep it more casual if you're heading to The Pantry – all we ask is that you make an effort.

We are here to help. You can ring, email or message us via WhatsApp - your direct link to your Maison Estelle team. Whether you're fifteen minutes away and want your favourite drink ready and waiting, or to simply book in for an event, just message us and we'll arrange it.

We welcome members with three guests any time, no questions asked. If you would like to bring a larger group, please make your request in advance and we'll come back asap, based on availability. As this will involve extending the guest allowance, we do require the names of your guests in advance.

We have a strict no photography policy, you won't find any photographs on the web or accounts on social media. In order to respect and protect our members' privacy and our private spaces, we sticker all mobile phone cameras on arrival.

We are a social club with a focus on analogue experiences, however, we know you need to stay connected. We trust you'll use your phone in a polite manner and be aware of the other guests around you, refraining from making Zoom calls. If you need to spend time on your laptop, we ask you to go to The Study where possible.

The best transactions are those of conversation and cheers. If you're in a hurry, don't worry, just let your host know and we will charge your credit card on file.

We extend our invitation to you and your family, but not every occasion is made for children. We have a minimum age of 21 in our club, however we do welcome children from the age of five upwards on Saturdays until 5pm, in our Drawing Room and The Pantry.

We welcome dogs in our Drawing Room and on the Terrace.

There will be a community table at one of our dining experiences every evening. No reservation needed, join in alone or with a guest for a spontaneous dinner party with new friends, and we'll always include an icebreaker on us.

We want members to know other members and to say hello as you pass on the stairs. As we know you have a full diary, our approach to cultural programming and events will be the same as in your own home – select and special. Our summer house party will also give you run of house and an opportunity to really connect.
